House Safari0.9.4 - App Store

House Safari is an augmented reality app to empower your house hunting experience. House by house, you can rate, judge, tag, photograph, and assess just about every aspect of any property that catches your eye. House Safari turns any neighborhood into a living showcase of real estate. There s nothing else like it.

Whether you enjoy cataloging house styles (Tudor, Mediterranean, Victorian, etc.) creating descriptive tags ("Beautiful Landscaping", "Awesome Christmas Decorations") or taking photographs of striking property features,, House Safari lets you capture what's important to you about the houses you see, and the crowdsourced dataset from all our contributors is yours to search and browse, whether you are doing home improvement or buying something new.

The way that you make House Safari work for you will differ from person to person. Perhaps you are house-hunting, and you want a way to track the path of your hunt (which will be shown as a map, or "Safari", with each house earmarked on the map) and quickly and easily capture what's important about each house you are considering. House Safari creates a map-based "diary" of your search in a way that nothing else can. You can also look at reviews and keywords by other house hunters for new leads and insights on homes.

Maybe you enjoy strolling your neighborhood, cataloging your favorite properties and highlighting some favorite ideas (a new garage door, a new fence, a colorful paint style, etc.) you'd like to recreate for your own home. (In addition, if you happen to live in certain areas of Palo Alto, Berkeley, Seattle, Dallas, or Boston, we have created a super-charged set of curb appeal ratings data exclusively for those areas that you will see automatically).

Realtors can find new leads, and gain valuable insights into properties and features that are most interesting to home buyers in their area. House Safari also lets open house visitors give live feedback on their impressions of new homes on the market to help Realtors gauge the appeal of new listings.

Or perhaps you just like the game aspect of House Safari, and want to compete with others for our customized badges that get awarded for things like how many house styles you've named, how many tags you've created, or how many safaris you've executed. And, of course, you can see all the tags, photos, and photo-tags that everyone else using House Safari has made, including information about property values.

Whatever the reason - whether you're a realtor, a homeowner, a contractor, or someone who simply likes the beauty of residential real estate - there's no app quite like House Safari. If you appreciate homes, either as art or as an investment, download this free app, put on your walking shoes, and give it a try. You'll be surprised how fun "house hunting" can be!
